  • You must provide proof of consistent use, such as daily usage logs or photos showing the product in use over the 30-day period.

Reason for Return:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product does not meet the stated benefits, such as improving airflow or comfort. Subjective dissatisfaction alone will not qualify.
  • A detailed explanation of why the product did not work for you must be submitted in writing.

Condition of the Product:

  • Any unused strips, bands, or components must be returned in their original packaging.
